Exchange Policy

• Exchange can be requested within 7 days from the date the item is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Customers must send the item back to us via a courier service.
• Courier charges will be borne by the customer (both return & re-dispatch, if applicable).
• Exchanges are allowed only for size or design, subject to availability.
• Sale items / discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
